Regardless if its acting or singing, I want to upgrade myself to a better level. Numero TOKYO Interview - Nichkhun Part 2 (his words are so deep, I can't even put it in words OTL. sorry for the rough trans T___T)

1. In this new album, were there any new challenges?
In respect to the album as a whole, its the same as usual for me. As for my solo, the song is composed by Jun. K, its a genre that I haven't touched on before - sexy. Sexy lyrics and sexy choreography. I want everybody to see it

2. Is it really sexy?
not really...its that type~ unexpectedly (flirts), a sweet type of sexy

3. What message do you want to bring across through this album?
Never-ending change and growth is our topic. Not only on our music genre, our strength is also improving. This album focus on this aspect particularly, we tried out something we never did before, its a new 2PM style.

4. Trying out different new challenges also mean that you need to upgrade yourself non-stop as you go right?
I think, no matter if its drama filming or movie shooting, in the end it will relate back to our music. When trying out something that is unrelated to music and interacting with more people, it inspires me. I reckon, if we really one to touch someone's heart, we need not only skills. How to deliver my feelings to my fans - If I want to deliver my feelings more efficiently, I then need to be expose to different kind of jobs to build up that ability.

5. How was your life back when you were a trainee?
Those days, I couldn't see the end nor the future. I didn't know myself what I would become in the end during those 4 years. Even if we were under training, it doesn't mean we will get to debut. We were opponents, we had to keep our competitive stance throughout every minute, every second. At the same time, we have to be against our self, be our own opponent. No matter what we do, we will always get criticized and evaluated. We had to survive under such conditions. Eventhough it was really stressful, but if we look from a different angle, we are the same as normal office workers. We go through the same routine - go to work everyday, punch in at 8 and start our training, then go home at the end of the day.

6. During that time have you already met the members?
Yes. Wooyoung came about a year later. Although we were completely clueless that we will form a group together then, we still go for coffee together, chit-chat together. All in all, it was a normal life. To say that JYPE is a company, saying that its a school describes it more appropriately. From that time, we were living together already.

7. After going through those trainee days, now your popularity, not just in Korea, but also in Japan, is exploding. Have you predicted this?
These are my thoughts. In respect to debuting in Japan, its because there is an "atmosphere" in the Japanese music world that could accept us. This is a really big aspect. When we got asked "how to be successful in Japan in your means?" we listed 3 goals.

1. Participate in Kōhaku Uta Gassen (an annual music show on New Year's Eve produced by Japanese public broadcaster NHK)
2. First on Oricon chart
3. Tokyo Dome concert

At the moment, we achieved two out of our list. We have achieved a pretty good middle point.

8. Do you have confident in saying that to achieve this level, you have performed the corresponding amount of hard work?
YES

9. As a group, you would have overcome numerous hardships. But if we talk about yourself, what do you think is your turning point?
I think my turning point was debuting in Japan. When I debuted in Korea, I had a really unease feeling. All the trainees went through the same experience, only then we debuted. But when facing that unforeseeable future, under those circumstance, I have to keep fumbling around, gather up again my confidence. When the members were confirmed, we have to put our faith in each other, use that faith as a base, and continue to chase our dreams.

10. Is there a moment where you have thoughts like "I want to stay like this forever?"
Yes, during our Tokyo Dome concert. It was the first time that I was standing in front of so many audience. Those who came to the concert choose to spend their money and time to support us. Right then, I believe even more that: I am who I am because of our wonderful fans. I really want to deliver such grateful thoughts to everyone, show my gratitude to everyone. During that moment, I really had thoughts like "I want to stay like this forever". To be honest, I always want to try my best to stay strong, be a man and during hardships, we can be each other's support and rely on one another to overcome and endure it.

11. Lastly, let's have 2PM's ambassador Nichkhun carry out his responsibilities
I think there is still a large amount of people who are clueless of who we are. But from now on we will work even harder to continue to grow into a artist where more and more people will give their recognition to. Please support us! Also! The weather is turning cold, please take care and don't catch a cold! Eat well!

12. Even reminding everyone to take care of their health. you really is Nichkhun the ambassador
Right!! Everyone stay healthy, hwaiting!
